Absolutely! We offer storage options for boats and RVs on gravel, grass, or asphalt surfaces. Some spaces are shaded, and you have 24-hour access to your vehicle.

Can I rent storage online?

Yes, renting storage online is easy and convenient. The process takes about three minutes, with no need for in-person interaction. You can set up autopay, pay bills online, view all available unit sizes and pricing, and take advantage of online-only specials.

Do I need tenant storage insurance?

Yes, tenant storage insurance is required to protect your belongings. If you have insurance that covers off-site storage, simply provide the declaration page of your policy. Alternatively, we offer a comprehensive and affordable insurance option exclusively for our tenants.

What is the difference between office, access, and gate hours?

  • Office Hours: Our offices are open six days a week and by appointment only on Sundays.
  • Gate Hours: The facility is accessible from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, including holidays.
  • 24-Hour Access: Available upon request and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Do you sell boxes and other moving supplies?

Yes, we offer a wide range of moving supplies, including locks, moving blankets, bubble wrap, tape, boxes, mattress bags, and wrapping paper.

Do you provide dollies, pushcarts, and other moving equipment?

Yes, we provide dollies, pushcarts, and other moving equipment to ensure a smooth and easy moving process for our tenants.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store flammable, perishable, explosive, or illegal items, weapons, or taxidermied animals.

What are your security features?

Our facility is equipped with a range of security features, including well-lit spaces and aisles, fully fenced and gated perimeters, 24-hour surveillance cameras, a security alarm system, and daily property inspections for potential hazards.
