This storage facility is the absolute best in the area!.. mainly because of the manager, Diane. She is always so friendly and helpful. I have had many other storage units and this is one of the best. Competitive prices as surrounding area but those others aren't as clean as Out O' Space. It even smells clean!

Miss Diane truly became family and so accommodating. We were always greeted with a huge smile, a bottle of water, and any help we needed. The Managment (Diane) and staff are are so helpful when your at your unit checking to see if you need water. Also accidentally locked the key in storage unit, Diane came with her lock cutter so I could get back in unit. Security at this location is top priority at keeping your unit safe from thief.

Our storage rental was a complete breeze! Diane was so helpful and had everything processed and a lock on the unit in less than 15 mins! We felt safe and secure accessing the unit.

The staff are genuinely personable and friendly, and the building itself doesn't have any visible issues. This establishment manages to be both professional and make you feel cared for and thought of. Ms. Diane was wonderful and helped us through every step of the signing up. Even my close friends use this place for their professional business. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Rainy September Friday. I'm looking for a particular unit, call Out O' Space Storage, leave a message. Within just a few minutes, manager Diane calls me back, quickly gives me the info I need - most importantly - a YES, we have it! Saturday morning - still raining - I drive over to meet Diane - experienced, astute, good communicator and all around delightful person. And she gives me the tour - clean unit & building, easy peasy code operations, reasonable rent. I sign on the dotted line but I'm not moving in till it stops blankety-blank raining!

I’m currently renting a 10 x 10 storage unit at this facility. I have a background in the storage business, so I notice little things and I can be a harsh critic. I was initially drawn to this facility because of the convenience of the location. However, I was immediately impressed by a couple of things. First of all, the manager, Diane, is amazing. She is friendly and very well informed with a positive attitude that I badly needed the day I walked into her office. She personally took me in the golf cart to see my unit before I signed the lease. This is so important yet not all storage facilities do this! And the facility is immaculate. The office, the grounds, and my individual unit are all beautifully maintained. I have rented storage units in four different states for more than half of my life and I give this facility my highest recommendation!

Moving seems to be always a high stress activity especially when having to change everything from cities to accounts. Being able to walk in the office of Out O'Space Storage and work with Diane (the manager) to view, complete the paperwork, set up the account online and be able to move in was one of the very few great experiences of this move. We had to get a family heirloom out of a family unit last week. We had come from out of town to Out O' Space to get it so I called Joe Holloway before we left. He was great! He gave good directions, found the right spot when we arrived and assisted us in opening the door. There was a lot of stuff in there but Joe assured it we could find it in no time, which we did. He offered to turn down the aid conditioner and said to come to the office for water if we needed to. Thanks again for great service, Joe.

Was at the Alfred location on the 7th. The gentleman at desk was great and very helpful with all my questions and concerns .very knowledgeable. Place was very clean and secure looking. We have been customers of Out O' Space Storage for several years. When we first rented space and again this week when we needed more space, Ellen in the office was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding us the perfect size and type of space accommodations. The facility is always very clean; all security, electrical, lighting and climate control are always in great working order. They take very good care of their customers and the facility. We highly recommend you give Ellen a call if you need space in the Lake County Florida area!

She took us on a tour that showed very clean facility to our climate controlled unit that is well lit and taller than expected. She even offered us water from the fridge. They offer auto-pay option which is also a nice touch to avoid late fees. Southern hospitality at it's finest. 🖒
