Lisa and John were very helpful. I had a concern and they were able to resolve it. I definitely recommend this storage company. I was with them for about 2 years and never had a problem. This is a great place, friendly staff and a smile goes a long way. This is the place to use!

Lisa and John are very professional, kind and Thoughtful the storage here is truly a great price with one month free one getting honestly no one around here can compare to how nice management is and how nice and secured our belongings are

What a great experience working with John. Called in a Saturday morning, spoke with John, swung by to look at the spot, signed the contract and on my way in a matter of minutes. The facility is so clean and secure.

Out of space is so awesome. I made the mistake of thinking a newer place closer to my house would be better but nope I will p ly use out of space when needing a place to store things I cherish. They are reliable they are actually on the site during their hours and they help you anyway they can. I just came back here so I can be assured I don't have to worry about losing anything...

I've been with Out of Space Storage for over 5 years. They send text messages to let you know your payment is due. The Manager on duty Trae is fantastic! He always answers your messages, call, or concerns.

From start to finish of my duration at Outta space storage Lisa and the staff has been most helpful, compassionate and prompt. Lisa allowed me an extra day when removing my items from the storage allowing me to make my move more swift and painless. I recommend this Dade city location to anybody looking for a storage for more than fair rates and a staff that caters to your every need or request. thank you outta of space storage for allowing me to store my stuff there. 5/5!

This facility is the best. I've had a storage unit here since covid. Everybody here has been super helpful in anything that has come up regarding my storage unit. I would highly recommend if you need a storage unit this is the place to rent from.

The staff in office were always professional and helpful. I had no concerns about the security or anything else. Received discounted price for first couple months and then increased to full price just as it was explained.

We have had out stuff in storage for a year with absolutely no problems. Nothing is wet although a few mouse dropping but what the heck..the office workers are always willing and able to help you out if you forgot their code to get in the storage area. Area is clean easy in and easy out.

Andrew is the best!! My mother died and I needed to get her belongings put away someplace safe. I obtained a space here, within a week my lock to the storage completely locked shut and I was so upset. I thought I was in need of a locksmith. Well I was told by Andrew the man who works here he could do it, and give me a new lock for free. He gave us a time and a date . We arrived and he made sure we were able to get into the unit. 10/10 come get a unit here at out o’ space storage!

Andrew is awesome! Wonderful customer service! The sign up process was quick and easy. The site is very clean, and you can tell it's attended a few times a day. The storage unit I moved into was immaculate (walls and floors). I got a great promotion for the second month off, and as a prior property manager of a storage company, I felt that I got a really good monthly rate for my unit. Awesome job andrew! A+++

What can you say about a storage facility? The prices are a tad high for my liking but it’s probably the best in the area. The staff is super friendly, you have easy access to your unit, and the units are clean and well kept up. That’s really all you can ask from a storage facility.

They may be the cheapest place I could find and 2nd month free but they had the friendliest lady at the counter and quickly got me in any out. Wonderful place

I had an excellent experience. I live in NY and needed an immediate storage unitl for my daughters furniture who lives in FL. I called frantic thinking I was not going to have an luck but BOY was i wrong. I received a phone call back within two minutes and was explained everything. They were able to take my information over the phone and just wait for payment until my daughter arrived the next day. Once my daughter was there I received another phone call to make sure I was approving the charge on my card. There were no hidden charges and everything was exactly as explained. My daughter was in and out within 5 minutes tops and able to move her stuff into her storage unit. I even received one month free. I again called today 3/4/17 so explain I would be picking up my stuff on 3/15 and no longer needing the unit and again had an extremely pleasant conversation. They took my payment over the phone and explained how simple the process was to "move out". I have never been so pleased with a company espcially since I am so far away. Every month I received an email reminding me payment was due. I recommend Out O' Space storage to anyone in FL and anyone that would be moving to FL. I just cant say enough about them. .

From the initial call to MaryAnn to the move in process Out O'Space provides a great customer experience. MaryAnn worked with us to get the right amount of space, in a convenient location, and with the requested climate controlled environment. Moving is stressful, but MaryAnn made move in day very easy. Just moved in here from their Pensacola location and have not been disappointed. From the moment I met George I felt at ease and comforted by the fact that I would be taken care of just as well here as I was by John at their other location. George was efficient during check-in and extremely thorough. Patient with my questions and constant interruptions, it has been a smooth move in process and I can see the next years being just as smooth.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. George was a fantastic gentleman, both on the phone and in person. I had to put my things into storage about a month into the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world really still did not know enough about what we were dealing with as this virus continued to spread. George scheduled a viewing and also was fine with wearing a mask and spraying down counters, as well as gave me a small bottle of disinfectant to take with me. He also helped me with scheduling my move out and giving me proper instructions to make sure I am only charged for my final month, and not charged beyond that by not removing the lock and emptying all my possessions.

Incredibly kind and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the Best and I think the Safest place in our area if you need to store your things, also it's up in elevation so if we get a heavy rain your things are going to be fine, the staff are all really nice,friendly & helpful. My family has been here for years and we wouldn't go any where else.

geroge is very nice he is always willing to work with you the best way possible. I have not had a problem with any of my stuff in my unit it is always clean and well keep up. I managed storage for years before opening my own business. I know the difference between a good site and one that has terrible management. I rented at a site on the west side of Pensacola, I was there one day then requested a refund and moved to Out Of Space in Cantonment because my first phone call was returned promptly and I spoke with a professional. Upon arrival the manager George Kloser helped me with all of my storage and moving needs. I rented 2 units long term and set up auto pay. Since moving in he has helped me with any requests I had. The office is clean, the units are clean and the site is safe and secure with excellent lighting in the storage unit itself. I highly recommend this site to anyone needing short or long term storage. A great place to store a trailer and vehicle! We bought a boat in the area and we're going to travel Florida for 7 months. We traveled to Pensacola in our truck and Travel Trailer and needed a place to store them. We were FORTUNATE enough to find Out O Space Storage! They were able to accommodate both our truck and trailer in there parking area. The monthly price was VERY FAIR and the facility was great! Gated, and SECURE and beautiful shade from a huge tree in the middle. I was a little nervous about crime while we were gone but was assured that their are cameras everywhere and management walks the facility several times during the day. When we arrived back 7 months later, everything was in perfect order! We were so relieved that we had picked the right place and life was good. I highly recommend this storage facility and super happy with the experience we had here!

I was going to make multiple visits from St. Louis to Pensacola within a month and 1/2 of each other pulling an rv back and forth. With the increase in fuel costs I decided store it in Pensacola and they were very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing and EASY my experience was at Out O’ Space storage! Usually my experience with storage places is very subpar, and they just want your money for a teeny little storage space. That is not the case at all- I received a free month, paid for my lock, the locker, and got paid up a couple of months out even with their great customer service and sale approach. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing, patient, and answered all my questions. They made my move across country from Oklahoma to Florida a breeze!! 😃 Thank you!!

I found John when I first moved down here. Felt taken care of from the beginning and throughout the years I spent here. The only reason I am not still there is because of a move. But due to the stellar service and experience I had here, I opened up two units at the Cantonment location. Attentive, accommodating, above and beyond customer service.

Highly recommended!! John was a lifesaver....totally above and beyond. In a world where everything is email and recorded messages it was refreshing to have my UHaul reserved and ready . Moving is stressful enough, I'm sure glad I chose Out O Space. It's also right off 9th ave. where Fairfield has exits to the Interstate and a gas station on the same block.

I was one of those people who said, "I'll never have a storage unit!" Well, after our son moved in with his family our home just couldn't handle it and was busting at the seams. I was nervous about locating a unit. It was very simple to do with Out O' Space Storage, thankfully. Upon arrival John was a pleasure and gave me peace of mind.

I use multiple storage facilities in the Southeast this one is super clean fully asphalt in between the units office manager John at this location was more than helpful half even gonna stay late for me the first day whenever I move some equipment in to make sure I got in safely put a fresh bulb in my unit like so they offer Trailer Storage as well at this location has 24 hour gate access 24 hour surveillance two thumbs up to the site really great service

I am the director of the Pensacola Youth Ballet, and Out O’ Space really came through for us when we needed it most. We had to move out of our large storage shed because the owner wanted to sell. I looked all over town for a large enough space but everything was so expensive. Out O Space had Two units side-by-side that seem to work. As we filled these two units very quickly I began to realize the space was actually going to be too small… I was very upset because I really didn’t know what more we could do, then I open my email that day to find a message from Gina. She asked that I call her as soon as I get the email. A larger unit had come available directly beside the other two we had already rented. She was able to secure the larger unit, and I ended up moving everything twice but in the end we ended up with a much nicer space where everything can be organized and easily accessible. Without Gino’s prompt attention to our needs this move would’ve been a nightmare. Out O Space really came through for us and has proved to be a great location For our storage needs.

Out O’ Space Storage helped my fiancé & I out TREMENDOUSLY after hurricane Michael. We had no where to store our belongings & called everywhere. We finally came across Out O’ Space Storage, & the manager was extremely helpful & offered us a deal we couldn’t believe. We only had to pay for part of October & were offered our next month free. In a time like this that helped us more than you could understand. She also worked with us on paperwork & accessing our unit because we couldn’t get to Pensacola before they closed for the evening. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is a very safe place to store anything! I have a truck and 3 units there and I have never had to worry about anything! Gina is a great person. Her and her staff make sure you know your belongings are safe and unbothered. Highly recommended storage facility in my opinion.

Great staff and service.

Obviously a very well run and maintained storage facility. Gina, the manager, is a quite pleasant person who was very efficient, helpful, and responsive to any questions. She clearly is into customer service. A big plus for me is proximity to the airport as I used the facility for storing a vehicle which I used when visiting Pensacola. Just a quick cab ride away.

I had to make a change to a uhaul reservation I made online. Jamie was very helpful and friendly and made sure to take care of me.

Unbelievable customer service and quality facility! I had inadvertently reserved space at another place up the road so I compared both places and it was night and day so I told the other place to take a hike. I can’t see using any other storage facility in Pensacola! Thanks Gina!!
