Had what we needed for the past few months. Clean and well maintained.

Great place to keep some boxes of old clothes and carburetor pieces. Don't believe the sign, they got lots of space.

From the initial call to MaryAnn to the move in process Out O'Space provides a great customer experience. MaryAnn worked with us to get the right amount of space, in a convenient location, and with the requested climate controlled environment. Moving is stressful, but MaryAnn made move in day very easy. Service and Facilities very Good. The Managers are friendly and business like, also answered all my questions. Also the units are clean and easily accessible. Plenty of space to bring in your truck, trailer, or your car! Bring your own dolly or use theirs. Coinvent location too!

The entire establishment is amazing! Ron is so friendly and a great guy to talk to! Christian owned and operated as well! Not as technologically advanced as some of the competition, but if you want simple, secure, straight forward, and great prices, this is it.

Just moved in here from their Pensacola location and have not been disappointed. From the moment I met George I felt at ease and comforted by the fact that I would be taken care of just as well here as I was by John at their other location. George was efficient during check-in and extremely thorough. Patient with my questions and constant interruptions, it has been a smooth move in process and I can see the next years being just as smooth.

George the manager is very professional, He will keep you updated on your units, payments etc. The units are very well-kept and clean and reasonably priced.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. George was a fantastic gentleman, both on the phone and in person. I had to put my things into storage about a month into the COVID-19 pandemic, when the world really still did not know enough about what we were dealing with as this virus continued to spread. George scheduled a viewing and also was fine with wearing a mask and spraying down counters, as well as gave me a small bottle of disinfectant to take with me. He also helped me with scheduling my move out and giving me proper instructions to make sure I am only charged for my final month, and not charged beyond that by not removing the lock and emptying all my possessions.

Incredibly kind and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the Best and I think the Safest place in our area if you need to store your things, also it's up in elevation so if we get a heavy rain your things are going to be fine, the staff are all really nice,friendly & helpful. My family has been here for years and we wouldn't go any where else.

George was very helpful with getting everything set up for me. Things went smoothly and i had no issue or problem with obtaining a unit through here.

We discovered we needed a climate controlled unit instead of a non-climate controlled unit for our furniture. George was extremely helpful and assigned us with a new unit. We’ve used this business several times and have never been disappointed.

geroge is very nice he is always willing to work with you the best way possible. I have not had a problem with any of my stuff in my unit it is always clean and well keep up. I would recommend out o space storage if you needed somewhere to keep your stuff for a while and the gate stays locked when he is closed so you dont have to worry about noone breaking..

I managed storage for years before opening my own business. I know the difference between a good site and one that has terrible management. I rented at a site on the west side of Pensacola, I was there one day then requested a refund and moved to Out Of Space in Cantonment because my first phone call was returned promptly and I spoke with a professional. Upon arrival the manager George Kloser helped me with all of my storage and moving needs. I rented 2 units long term and set up auto pay. Since moving in he has helped me with any requests I had. The office is clean, the units are clean and the site is safe and secure with excellent lighting in the storage unit itself. I highly recommend this site to anyone needing short or long term storage.
